Try Always Eating With A Fork And See What Happens
This might seem like obvious advice, as we all use forks, right? What I mean by “use a fork” is to use it to sieve out those calorific sauces. If you’re eating a curry or something similar there might be lots of sauce in the meal. Using a fork results in the high calorie/fatty liquids remaining on the plate afterwards. These can then be disposed of. Please note: unless you have a lot of time on your hands, this method is not recommended for soups.
There are other reasons why eating with just a fork can be beneficial. For this next exercise I’d like you to try and find at least three studies that discuss the pros and cons of fork-only dining in relation to weight loss. Consider using Google Scholar and see if the world of academia has anything to say on the matter.
